1 /5 Cee Max: The negative reviews here are true, and the owners aggressive response is not surprising. Some months ago I went to this salon for eyelash extensions. I had been once before with a voucher about a year and a half back and returned with another one as they had advertised the treatment again with the same site. Nowhere was it stated that it was for new customers only, and the first time I had been they had declined to do an eyebrow tint and shape that was included in the price due to a lack of staff. I arrived early and once the technician recognised me the mood changed. They tried to bully me into paying full price as Id been before and one of the technicians started making snide comments about how the business would go under if people kept coming in with vouchers. Guess what? Its not my fault that your business is not doing as well as youd like. If you think vouchers are beneath you then dont advertise on such sites! The behaviour I encountered was so unbelievably unprofessional all I could do was laugh. I am now getting my eyelashes done at Beauty Agents in Archway, where I first visited with a voucher and have now been paying full price for several months due to the owners professional and kind manner. Much better :)

I had a cut and colour and she was incredibly patient with me - and I am not an easy client - thank you so much Gergana! I also do my waxing and beauty treatments at Magic Fairies - and every time I am satisfied with the result, I love the ladies working there, everyone is easy to chat with and taking a good care of you.Id recommend this salon to anyone - they do a great job and the prices and deals are amazing!Thank you, Magic Fairies!

1 /5 yasemin cakici: Very poor customer care. Constant foreign language spoken between staff. Ripp off con artists! I went with a voucher redemption entitling me to a full head highlights, cut and blow dry. I have very thin, sparse and feathered hair which is just below shoulder length. I was charged an extra 10 pounds for length which I agreed to. I explained clearly that I do not want bright yellow or orange streaks. I ended up with just that! I was then told my hair needs to be toned which costs £10 ontop. I would never recommend this place
