From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. The front desk was organised and friendly, and they even offered me a beverage while I waited.
My nail technician was professional, gentle, and very attentive to what I wanted. She took her time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was flawless. She also checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied.
The waxing specialist was equally impressive very professional, quick, and made what could’ve been an uncomfortable experience surprisingly smooth and easy. She explained the process step by step and was super respectful, which I appreciated.
Overall, the team at Lyttle Minx truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. I felt pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service in a relaxing environment!
