5 /5 Iris Rodrigues: I had such a great experience at LV Nails 68 in Stratford! The two gentlemen who did my nails were incredibly careful and attentive. I have very sensitive skin, and at other places when they cut my cuticles, I often end up bleeding. But here, they took their time, worked gently, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. The results look fantastic, and I really appreciate the care and detail they put into their work. Even though I don’t remember their names, both nail technicians deserve recognition for their professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a safe, careful, and high-quality nail service. This is my only place to go for nails !!

1 /5 Bally Sappal: I had a very disappointing experience with Alan yesterday for chrome gel nails. He was extremely rude and did not shape my nails at the same length or shape. The varnish was not even. He told me to wash my hands at home to clean the hands to remove excess varnish. I had to come in today to get the nails redone by someone else who did a good job and tried very hard. I asked for the Owner’s name so I could escalate this as this wasted my time and upset me but I was told there wasn’t one. I didn’t even receive an apology.

1 /5 Delia Boncea: Really disappointed. I usually come here to get my nails done and the guys there are absolutely amazing. Today I had a lady who I didt have before. Was quite tough and was clearly mocking me in another language to her colleagues when I asked her if I could change the design. I asked for a Particular shape and size. She kept cutting after I showed her the size I wanted and then tried to blame it on me. towards the end I was so upset and uncomfortable I just wanted her to finish so I could go. The shape was terrible. Sizes were different and wonky. The hearts as pictures show are not what I expected. Worse £32 spent. Won’t be visiting again.
