Liz Horwell Great class. Steph varies the exercises to keep it interesting whilst building on what youve done each week. Ive seen real improvement in my core strength & flexibility. The room is a good size and well ventilated, having equipment there to use is really helpful & Steph keeps it all clean. You can even take holiday weeks by emailing in advance so you keep your place.

Mary White Kate was recommended to me by my neurophysiotherapist for continuing help with rehab following a serious spinal injury. This was more than ten years ago and I have been going to see Kate weekly ever since. She is brilliant, with deep knowledge readily applied to solve all sorts of different issues, excellent at coming up with new ideas, and kind and funny as well. I can’t recommend her too highly.

Amy Taylor Love this martial arts school. The Senseis here are rich in knowledge, professionalism, friendly, hard working, reliable and can combine traditional marital arts with modern sports. They know how to work well with people from all different ages and backgrounds. Everyone is always made to feel welcome and positively pushed to achieve their personal goals. I always leave the dojo feeling uplifted and well trained. I highly recommend this martial arts school.

David Carroll Sent my clubs in for some new grips… couldn’t recommend more. They took the time to talk to me about sizes, preferences and cost. Took the mcc +4 align and they are perfectly aligned. These were £15 per grip - fitted. With planning I received a same day service for 9 clubs being re-gripped. Next time I need some new grips I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks all!

Lucas Chang Amazing historic track. I was surprised that there weren’t more runners making a pilgrimage to this track. The track was amazing. 6 full lanes and 8 sprint lanes. Did a couple of miles with the family and we all had a great time. Bought the tickets there for 4.50 quid and it was well worth it. Bathrooms and water in the center alone. Just glad that I was able to visit this track in my time at Oxford.
