I called to ask whether I could book an appointment so I could get some help with buying some wholesale items because Im new, the person on the phone shouted at me and hung up. I called back and he did the same thing. I asked if they sell nail products and he said "I dont have anything for you" and hung up. Worst customer service, would not recommend at all. The owner and workers have disgusting behaviour, cant believe the lack of professionalism. 0/10 DONT GO HERE! (Hollywood Nails has been recommended to me instead)

Nicoletta Wylde Visited today for a full set of acrylics with a very basic idea of design; my idea was elevated to the max and my nails are some of the best they have ever been (if not the best). Which is excellent cos these are my birthday nails. Seven stars if it was possible.

Onyeka Online Don’t have a bad word to say about this nail salon. Now listed on Treatwell, so booking appointments is super easy and stress-free. The staff are always super friendly & punctual. Wait-time is managed realistically, with an honest estimate given for drop-ins. The service itself is impeccable. The nail art always exceeds my expectations, with attention to detail and real care taken to make each customer happy. My nails are healthier and never break off, unlike where I’d get them done before. I’ve recommended it to a lot of my friends already and will continue to do so.

Sophie Catherine I have been coming to Mel for BIAB for 18 months now and she ALWAYS does an incredible job. She is so talented and is so meticulous that my nails look amazing for ages, they never chip. Also very affordable for the quality. Don’t go anywhere else!
