TOTAL KRAV MAGA - EALING (Adults at GYMBOX) - Unit 15 Dickens Yard

Rating: 5 /5
SARA MANFREDDA Starting Krav Maga is the best decision I’ve made! I am still learning the basics but can’t explain how much more safe I feel when I am out on my own. I am way more conscious of my body and how to react to different situations. Nick is a wonderful instructor, his knowledge is huge and he’s always happy to help. If you are thinking to make a difference this year, for yourself, and why not for the people around you, join these classes!

Bootcamp UK Mill Hill - Outdoors Fitness Classes in Mill Hill -

Rating: 5 /5
Martin ODea Bootcamp has been great for me. I push myself a lot more than I have ever done in a commercial gym and I am getting results Ive craved. I struggled to keep to a routine in a gym, but I dont have this motivation issue with Bootcamp. I really benefit from group exercise, this really gets me to push on past barriers. Ive always hated treadmills! I have been made to feel welcome from the start. I really like the way that no two classes are the same. Alex and Manny are great trainers who keep us on our toes. There is also a great ethos on having fun whilst training. I was also very happy with the way Alex and Manny helped helped me adapt when I let them know about a lower back issue. Alex took the time after class to give me things to work on at home to improve this. Even when I find it a bit hard to remember each exercise, Alex and Manny always come round to show us. The others in the class always help too!

Jumpers! Nursery at YMCA South Ealing -

Rating: 4.2 /5
Suzannah Ryabchuk My son has attended Jumpers since he was 20 months. He started in the baby room, then middle room and nows in the eldest tier. He absolutely loves it! He has friends, is learning numbers, fine motor and language skills everyday, and makes lots of beautiful, creative things. Jumpers fantastic outdoor facilities have everything a child would want/need to play and learn. The teachers are excellent: caring, sweet and energetic with the children, while also teaching important boundaries and respect for one another. They handle everything with high levels of professionalism and compassion, expertly helping us to navigate a family bereavement and well as the birth of my sons siblings. Everyone is welcome with key cultural and religious dates recognised. My son always eats all the food (vegetarian option) and they focus on fresh fruit like watermelon etc for snacks. Being set back from the road feels secure, safe and quiet. For a 5* early years experience pick Jumpers. Vanessa Daque I absolutely love my gym, Better Kentish Town has truly become an essential part of my routine and overall well-being. The facilities are always clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great variety of equipment and spaces to suit all kinds of workouts. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, which creates a really positive and motivating atmosphere. Whether I’m hitting the weights, taking a class, or just enjoying some time in the pool, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It’s such a welcoming place that makes fitness fun and rewarding!
