Cerine Chefai I had an amazing experience at this salon! Sherry did an absolutely incredible job on my hair — she understood exactly what I wanted and made it look even better than I imagined. She was so attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. The overall salon service was excellent as well; the team was welcoming, professional, and created such a comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend Sherry and the entire salon!

Sharon My daughter and I were booked in for make-up sessions on the Boots No7 counter on 14/11 for a special occasion. Neither of us wear much make-up and so were guided by the helpful assistant, Hulya who was extremely attentive, gave useful advice about colours and products and did a fantastic job in making us both feel beautiful on the day. We had different make-up looks for our different ages (57 and 22), colouration and skin types, but were both really pleased that our make-up felt wearable, not overdone and appropriate for the occasion (daughters graduation ceremony). Priyanka Shah Fantastic experience getting a shellac manicure and pedicure! Daniela was so lovely and really skilled in doing nails. She’s very gentle, makes the nails look really tidy, and she paints the nails so neatly!! The whole experience was also really relaxing. Absolutely love my nails and would definitely recommend Daniela!

norah elwahid Anna is amazing! Normally my scalp gets irritated after stylists use clippers on me: I didn’t have this issue with Anna. Also, she put me at ease, with her knowledge about how they safely bleach my hair type “ thick & dark” I love colouring my hair in crazy colours & she gave me plenty of advice on how to take care of it at home. I will be trusting my hair to her for as long as we live in this area. All in all very happy! Norah

Razvana Hussain Had an appointment booked after the availability was shown online, paid and drive 45 minutes only for no-one to be at the premises. On calling I was cut off and received texts to inform me she would not be available as was on a training course! Given the circumstances you’d have thought she would pick up the phone and offer a sincere apology for the situation but instead she hid behind text messages and then proceeded to tell me I could get a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay more and deal with someone who knows how to look after their customers
