1 /5 Zan Tal: I chose this nail salon because it looks clean and hygienic, and it’s conveniently close to my workplace. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
I paid £35 for gel polish only (without a manicure), but the final result was uneven and quite thick, and the overall shape was not well done. During the process, the electric file was used very harshly, and I experienced pain and a burning sensation, which I mentioned several times.
When I returned to ask if the nails could be corrected, the response I received was not very polite, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Overall, I was expecting a much better level of service, and sadly I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.
