2 /5 Jam Pilarca: Kind enough staff. Unfortunately I was charged £50 for a bad quality manicure and pedicure with gel removal. They didn’t bother cleaning the nail dust or buffing it smooth before applying clear varnish, resulting in a bumpy texture. Specs of the old varnish are still visible. The edges are rough and chipped and you can see dirt under the nails. I complained but they said that’s what the manicure is. For that price I’d expect something more clean.

1 /5 ale w.: It’s not the first time I get my nails done here, but it really depends on who does the service. This time I had a pedicure and a manicure, each done by a different person. The pedicure was good but then the manicure was terrible. It was just regular polish, but the end result has bubbles all over, terrible finish and not shinny…I was charged in full. It’s shame because I really like supporting my local shops.

2 /5 Leezia Dhalla: Im so disappointed to write this review. This is my neighborhood nail salon. Ive been several times & have referred multiple friends here. Theyve always done a great job, except for today. Im graduating this week with a masters degree and am also celebrating my birthday so I thought I would treat myself to a fresh manicure—unfortunately it was so rushed and messy. The polish on my left hand looks bad -- its thick and gloopy. I asked the manicurist to fix 2 nails before the manicure was done, but she refused because "its too late." (?!) There was also no hand massage & no cuticle soak, even though I paid for a full manicure (not the express). This was a really awkward experience because I didnt want to be rude and criticize in front of other customers, but I felt embarrassed by the way they rushed me out of the salon so they could tend to another customer.
