Lee Ambrose Think my time with avt is unique. Trained with Warren and Ben 25 years ago trying to make it as a MMA fighter. Was lucky enough to fight all over and become European champion. Fast forward 20 plus years and was looking to get my kids in to bjj so Ashford vale tudo was the obvious choice. After a year I decided to step back on the mat at the ripe old age of 47. Can’t speak highly enough of the club and members. Here’s to the next 25 years. Lee Ambrose purple belt.

Matt Bellamy Ive been going to Jos classes for 8 years. Excellent classes, to suit any level. Jo explains or demonstrates the moves thoughoughly and focuses on form while doing movements. She always has options for more advanced ways of performing exercises if you want more of a challenge. Classes are always friendly and fun.

Sophie Jupp-cockill Love the discovery box! All the products are amazing. The smell of the rejuvenating cream and the feel of the hand and face oil is just dreamy. The natural ingredients are working wonders with my skin. I previously suffered from hormonal breakouts with an oily skin type, the Feonix Naturals products have reduced my breakouts by a huge amount. I only get the odd blemish here and there now. My skin looks brighter, fresher complexion and generally feels healthier. The box was beautifully packaged with all natural packaging. The bottles, amber glass with simple labelling, giving the clean and natural appearance that these products boast. I would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with their skin, or just anyone who likes knowing they’re putting toxin free products on their face and bodies!

Linnea I love this gym! The staff are friendly and always happy to help with anything. The environment is welcoming and I dont feel uncomfortable at all. Probably one of the best gyms in Ashford. I get my moneys worth. Yeah, it could be a little bigger but I go during off-peak hours so Ive never had a problem. I havent been during peak hours but I doubt it gets too busy. One recommendation Id have is a "live tracker". Would be great to know how many people are in the gym to plan what times to go.

Veronique Awesome small group training gym! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The three trainers here are just great, super friendly and funny, they make every session enjoyable while also being incredibly knowledgeable. They tailor workouts to individual needs and always know just how to push you to reach your goals. I wish I had discovered this gem sooner :-) Highly recommend!
