5 /5 Sharon Forde: Chloe and her team are always welcoming and polite. Always take the time to do a great job on either plain or complicated designs. I often think it must be frustrating when customers change their minds on designs and colours during the procedure but let it shine always do it with a smile on their faces.

1 /5 Meg Saunders: Terrible service and not friendly at all. Pretended not to hear me when asking for decal on the nails . Receptionist then had to speak for the stylist who either couldn’t speck the language or was confidently pretending not too . I know someone who has gone here for two years and they claim the stylist does speck English. I wasn’t rude or anything this was my first time coming and the service was shocking. I Was told they could only do lined decal something about the polish drying too quickly ? Sounds crazy I’ve never heard that before besides snowflakes are made with lines but no they couldn’t do it just lines is all they could apparently do. I accepted it but it was poorly done a rush job. It was supposed to look like a blue candy cane instead it’s Jurassic park dino stripes. Stylist barely finished my nails when they left which makes me think they never wanted to do my appointment. I suspect it wasn’t a case of they couldn’t do but didn’t want to do and instead of cancelling my booking they did a terrible rush job . I Won’t go again this is the first and last time and do not recommend them at all. I was obviously the last customer they didn’t have time for . On top of that the other stylist doing my friend did exactly the same thing tried to ignore the ask for nail art and then didn’t even give them what they wanted either . It’s terrible . I understand things change but call and cancel. The service was so bad and on Christmas Eve as well. On top of that the stylist was talking to the other stylists and receptionist in another language while laughing . It was terrible uncomfortable and I didn’t know if they where talking about us or not . This isn’t just to have nails it should be an experience and none of them were friendly or wanted to chat they just wanted to chat together and ignore you . Horrible experience

5 /5 Sionainne Costello: Staff here are very talented albeit my design is simple! But Ive seen their other work. Great pricing. Payment via cash and bank transfer only. Sometimes its super busy but they make space for you. Came for a pedicure and nail infill and was delighted. Staff are all super lovely

3 /5 Jess Bendell: Couldnt fault anything here but I made an appointment and they were nearly an hour late and different staff kept on popping back and doing different bits so it took even longer. Also, the price list is so cheap because its for normal polish not gel. Lovely staff though

5 /5 Jess Warren-Field: Fantastic experience here. I was prepped by one person and design done by another. Both very friendly and the owner did a fabulous job at making us feel welcomed! I’ve included my inspiration pic for context as they did a fab job of recreating the design and colour with BIAB and gel polish on my natural nails. Also a basket of chocolates were available nearby the stylish waiting chairs which was fabulous. Quite busy but we did go on a Saturday morning. My detailed nails took about 1.5hours to complete and they listened to my requests amazingly.
