Got home with clump not individual lashes. Im older lady and feel Ive been taken advantage of. Very disappointed with service

1 /5 rachana patel: My Experience at Legacy LDN Beauty This review reflects my personal experience only. I had a very disappointing experience at Legacy LDN Beauty. I purchased a classic eyelash extension offer on Groupon for £17.99, and the treatment was carried out by Sheetal, a beautician at the clinic. Within a day, the lashes began falling out and there were visible gaps. I contacted the clinic to raise my concerns, but in my experience, Sheetal did not acknowledge the issue and I was not offered a refund or a correction. I also emailed the clinic and never received a response, which I found unprofessional and very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not return and would advise others to be cautious when booking, as I felt the quality of the service and customer care fell far below expectations.

I absolutely love getting my eyelash extensions done with her, and I recently tried a Korean eyelash lift… my eyes look incredible. The lift gave me such a gorgeous, effortless look. Shetal herself is so lovely and bubbly, which instantly puts you at ease and makes the whole appointment feel relaxing. Her room has also been recently redecorated and it looks amazing, clean, stylish, and super welcoming. I couldn’t recommend her more!

5 /5 Nicole: I had an LVL lash lift and tint with Shetal today, and I’m so happy with the results! Shetal is so lovely really chatty, bubbly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend her to anyone considering a lash lift.

1 /5 Ruby-May: I booked an eyelash tint here and wasn’t aware that a patch test needed to be done beforehand, as I’ve recently moved from overseas and this isn’t something salons require where I’m from. When I explained this and tried to work around my schedule, I was met with a really defensive and unpleasant attitude. Instead of helping me find a solution, the responses were very sharp and more focused on telling me how wrong I was, pointing to the terms and conditions and immediately reminding me there are no refunds. I was trying to be polite and cooperate, but the tone felt unnecessarily hostile. Policies are fine, but customer service matters just as much. A simple, friendly explanation would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
