5 /5 ReaLife Khal: Always love getting my nails done here. It last very long till the very end. Lee is an excellent nail tech! Most times I get shellac on my own nails (see photos attached).

1 /5 Secil Gumus: Absolutely disgraceful. So unprofessional. By far is the worse nail salon I have been to ever. I’ve never seen somebody so rude and disrespectful in my life ever. When you book an appointment for a slot and get there you have to wait over 30 minutes. It’s only been a week I’ve got my nails done and already it’s broken, chipped and coming off. I had paid £50 on a full set which only lasted me a week. Overall experience was shocking. Bad vibes, bad quality. It’s a shame he has no awareness of professionalism for he’s business. Please avoid going to Lee and Helen.

5 /5 S: Despite seeing the reviews I gave this nail shop a try and I must say they must have taken on the feedback because my experience has been great! Have visited 3 times now for just colour and for gel sets including pedicures and am very happy with the service and quality. My gels are lasting very well even after a week and half. No issues. Undivided attention from when I walk through the door, my requirements are listened and adhered to and I will definitely be visiting again! Also fab location with parking at Tesco across the road. They have a loyalty card programme and even provide bottles of water and refreshments as a bonus. Lovely place!

1 /5 Savage Karen: I had my nails done around 2 and a half weeks, after a couple of days one of the nails pop off and continue to be like that until I only had 3 nails on, couldn’t go before because of my busy schedule, I called today to tell him about this problem as I never had one with the service the nails last for a long time but they were coming out like they was nails from primark, I have to say that time the lady put the tips and he did the decor, maybe she didn’t prepared properly the nail or glued properly. I called so he told me to go and fix them for free, when I went there he told me he also can remove the 3 nails left (one of them was ready to pop off aswell) and he only can fix it this time but it can’t be a second time and I say yes. After I had them done he proceeded to charge me 35£ and I told him what he said previously and he said he told me he would charge if he remove the 3 of them but that never happened, and I did understand him very well as his English is good, then he said 30£ and then 25 and I paid for it, as I was with my two kids and didn’t want to make and scene if front of them, but extremely disappointed, I always go there and spend 60£ for my hands and toes every month, and I was expecting better and I even felt scammed, because I was clearly told IT WAS FOR FREE as it should be.
