Angela Cowley Ive been having treatments with Ian for the last two years and I am so delighted with the results. Ian is so knowledgeable and professional, and such a lovely person. He takes the time to really listen to you and what you want to achieve and tailors the treatments to suit your individual skin concerns. He explains everything fully so you know what to expect throughout the treatment and gives you advice on how to look after your skin at home so you get the best possible results. I completely trust him and my skin has never looked better. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough and would never want to go anywhere else for my treatments.

Stephanie Stretton My nail has already chipped after less than 24 hours. The nails are different lengths. The person doing my nails was really unhygienic. The tools weren’t sanitised. There was only one person doing nails so it took forever. I should have left but felt rude. The woman was so lovely but she kept trying to sell to me. The shop was empty and the atmosphere was strange. Like another reviewer said, I should have read the room and trusted my gut and left.

ሳሮን ሀበሻዊት I called on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a woman who sounded like Asian. She didnt speak much English. I booked a massage for Sunday 5-6pm. She asked me twice which I have confirmed. She then texted me to confirm i am booked between 5-pm-6pm. I replied to the text. So I came all the way from Surbiton on a Sunday afternoon looking forward to have a nice massage and the shop is closed. I called three times. Finally I got a text message saying" we are closed." No apologies, no explanation as to why i was booked on the first place or why it is closed. First time coming in and i sure will never be back.

anne mathieu The studio is actually located in the Tech Talkb A Phone Shop next to Escape Hunt. Natalia did my waxing with a wax that is less painful and recommended for sensitive skin. It does hurt less than normal wax. The treatment room was clean. Natalia did a great waxing. She is very professional and precise. I will go back again.
