5 /5 Kaye Broad: I received a gift voucher for Lavender House, I booked a facial and managed to get to Anna on Monday. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, Anna is professional and knowledgeable. The treatment itself was heavenly, I was totally relaxed - my skin felt so refreshed, hydrated and smooth. She took the time to explain each step, nothing was rushed. I will defintely be back and would highly recommend.

She did an exceptional job with my Hollywood, brows, and face waxing — far less painful than what I’m used to. Anna was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I’ve therefore had a variety of massages from Thai shops and Spa’s. Anna was professional, kind, and very effective! The room was calm, warm and very clean. Anna spoke about my pain. I was instantly at ease with the her happy and helpful demeanour. Would highly recommend her!
