Larkfield Leisure Centre - (Near , UK)

5 /5 C.: Pool is fun and great for kids. The cafe is great here too, and the shop has everything youd need for swimming. Parking is ample and free. Cant speak much on the fitness side as I dont use it for that. But seems well equipped.

1 /5 Sean Duvand: Let’s Start with the good first. The Spin bike studio is fantastic as are the instructors that take the spin bike sessions. The leisure pool is fun with waves, rapids and slides. However with that said, some of the main staff and instructors obviously hate the customers and would rather work anywhere but larkfield. I’m sure many a customer has not returned with the overall toxic atmosphere radiating from certain staff. Prices have also crept up and I suspect that is due to falling customer numbers. The Gym franchise can charge just over £20 and you get the welcoming and helpful staff for free but Larkfield’s top tier of over £50 is somewhat extortionate for what you actually get but I suppose the toxic environment does come for free.

1 /5 Cheryl: Visited for the first time today specifically travelling over 30 minutes for a pool with a wave machine. Paying £30 for a family of 4 to swim seemed reasonable, however, the waves should have gone off every 30 minutes we were told so when we had been in 40 minutes and nothing we asked when they would be on, we were told 20 minutes so stayed in the wave pool rather than go on slides and rapids and miss the waves. 30 minutes later still no waves and our 90 minute swim was almost finishing so we asked again. Staff had no radios on them around the pool to communicate with each other which was poor in itself compared to other pools we visit. Eventually the waves went on so we got one wave experience instead of 3 during our swim! Changing rooms and toilets were really dirty. Slides and rapids were good. On leaving we spoke to Kieran about the lack of waves. He spoke to the manager Alex who remained hidden in his office but sent Kieran out with a £5 off our next swim insult. 50% off our visit today should really have been offered given they couldn’t provide what they advised and we would not return. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

4 /5 sonia parks: We visited today with our family on holiday. It had slides, lazy river, jacuzzi tub, pool with wave machine every 30 mins, baby area (pirate ship), also another pool. Clean around the pool areas, toilets clean and changing room areas. Showers were brilliant with hot water and great pressure. Only thing was when paying I would have bought a ticket for a carer (for my daughter) if i didnt have to register and fill in a long form, which is pointless as was on holiday, otherwise would have filled in form.

5 /5 Rachel Chappell: This was my first visit to the soft play today and we had a fab time. Great play equipment and ample seating area! Can’t wait to visit again. We also used the pool A few weeks back and we highly recommend this too! Happy teenager , happy toddler , happy mum!
