5 /5 Natalie: This place is the best nail salon! I’m so happy with my nails ever time I go and they are good at what they do. All the staff are friendly and the salon looks lovely and clean. They offer a loyalty card which is a bonus too!

4 /5 Melissa Alberts: My 10 year old daughter came in to do her nails yesterday evening.I left her for 10mins .She said they where so friendly. The nailtech was gentle and friendly with her.We where very happy with her nails it looks like the inspiration picture we showed them.The nail art was very good and spot on.We will come back again x

1 /5 XHD: Unfortunately this was my first and last visit to this nail salon. I had an appointment but wasn’t seen until around 30 minutes later. The staff were very chatty with what appeared to be regular customers, but there was little interaction with me beyond asking what I wanted and stating the price. I understand it is the Christmas period but the service felt rushed, as though the focus was on finishing quickly to move on to the next client. Within 24 hours my nails had already started chipping, and the lengths were uneven and residue acrylic was left on the underside, making it look bulky. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. As I’m new to the area, I’ll continue looking for a nail salon elsewhere.

1 /5 Jasmine Howes: My gel nails chipped ONE day after getting them done at L’Amour. Customer service thereafter was poor too. They refused to give me a refund despite sending them photos and complaining very politely. I have been to this salon various times before so disappointing to see they have no customer loyalty. The other nails are peeling up at the sides (see the nail next to the chipped one). All in all a poor manicure, I’d recommend avoiding this salon. Edit: added picture of nails after less than a week, four have fallen off.
