1 /5 Natasha Dargele: Unfortunately today Ive got such a bad service of a pedicure here! I was a regular client, and I liked mostly how others do pedicure. But that girl isnt professional and cant understand English I guess. My skin is obviously very thin apart of corns, and usually nail technicians see it. I never had problems before. This girl did something very rough with a grater, I felt too rough and asked her to make it softer and not long. But she used it hard and I dont know why she used it for the external part of my foot, probably she thought it was a corn (but this was my bone). I thought she did it occasionally, was pain, a bit sad, but Ive been fine to carry on. I only said dont need to apply a special cooling mask with hot towels if there is a wound (as I wanted from the beginning). But she started to apply a mask on. And Ive repeated to not apply it, but she said she thought to put it around the wound. I said - we cant apply this mask anyway, as they usually wrap my feet with plastic and in hot towels, what is not good for this wound now. The girl cant understand this, as she started to take off a mask from feet, but wrapped them in a hot towel. Again I have to say to not do this, just finish pedicure as regularly. She put a cream on and did massage, putting also cream on the wound (why?). Many times Ive asked just disinfect this wound, she did not. Only when i asked this to do again at the end, she came with plaster without disinfection. Ive canceled my additional manicure here and Ive payed 28 pounds for this crazy service, there wasnt any offer of a good discount for that, just apologised. Sometimes we have a bad days or wrong communication, but that was something bad level. Also if there is some wound just need to think more about disinfection, but here wasnt any understanding of that.
