1 /5 Lorna Darren: Awful Experience – Avoid This Place I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with Klashed Aestheticians. I booked and paid in advance for Botox, and while the injector messaged me on the day to come at a different time due to running late (which I was flexible about, despite having to move around work commitments), that wasn’t even the real issue. What’s been unacceptable is the complete lack of aftercare. When you get Botox, it’s standard practice to go back after two weeks for a top-up. At my initial appointment, I was told to contact the injector in two weeks to arrange that. I did exactly that – only to find out that he had left, and apparently he was the only person working there. No one else could do the top-up. Since then, I’ve tried repeatedly to get in touch via the contact details on their website and through messages, and I’ve been completely ignored. Nobody has responded to me at all, and I never got the top-up I paid for. Yet their booking system is still live and taking new appointments as if everything’s fine – which it’s clearly not. To make matters worse, the Botox hasn’t even fully worked – only half my forehead has taken, so I’m left with uneven results and no way to fix it. I was looking forward to feeling fresh and confident for a wedding, and instead it’s been a total waste of time, money, and energy. It’s incredibly unprofessional to run a service this way. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere else. I would never recommend Klashed Aestheticians – if you want proper treatment, reliable aftercare, and a professional service, go elsewhere.

5 /5 Ashton G: I absolutely loveeee my fillers. She was on time, and she applied the numbing cream so I barely felt anything. I love that she elevated my overall look but was still conservative. I look very refreshed and rejuvenated. Even my boyfriend commented that “something’s different about me”. He can’t tell what it is but he likes it. Book now if there’s availability. She fills up really fast.

1 /5 Lucky Jay: Unfortunately my expectations was not met by my injector Charlie. The mistake the injector made was acknowledged and I was only given a partial refund after I requested it. I would not return. I paid for bespoke package. My visit was May 2nd 2025.
