Rosie Hooper I trusted Holly to do my microblading eyebrows and I am so pleased I did! From the very first consultation she could sense I was nervous as I’ve never had anything like this done. Holly was patient and caring. She asked all the right questions and made sure the brows were drawn on to perfection. The treatment didn’t hurt as I would have expected it to and I feel this is down to Hollys expertise and care. Holly is a true professional and I have the best brows of my life! ሳሮን ሀበሻዊት I called on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a woman who sounded like Asian. She didnt speak much English. I booked a massage for Sunday 5-6pm. She asked me twice which I have confirmed. She then texted me to confirm i am booked between 5-pm-6pm. I replied to the text. So I came all the way from Surbiton on a Sunday afternoon looking forward to have a nice massage and the shop is closed. I called three times. Finally I got a text message saying" we are closed." No apologies, no explanation as to why i was booked on the first place or why it is closed. First time coming in and i sure will never be back.

Amy Wills These are the loveliest most welcoming ladies! I rung up and left a message one evening last week as we had struggled to find somewhere to get my daughters (very long!) Hair cut due to her schedule. They called back the next day and were able to accommodate us. My daughter has had mixed experiences at various salons but this salon was awesome, they were patient and gentle (her hair is thick!) And gave her a lovely cut. She came out chuffed and it has restored her faith in having her hair done in a salon, so hopefully well now be able to make more frequent trips. The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming and lots of conversations crossing between all staff and customers. We will most definitely be back! Thank you x
