1 /5 Torisheju Egbe: Quite disgusted with the treatment and staff at this place. 1st time going there at my cousins recommendation, but she has shellac, where i am used to SNS. One of the men did my nails, and firstly didnt file them until he had finished the applying three coats of the powder, so the shape was horrible, he also kept wetting the my nails with some solution after he had dipped my nails in powder, which usually only happens at the end once. I left thinking he had done an alright job aside from the shape, this was Saturday 30th March. Tuesday 2nd April three nails had cracked under the surface but was very visible, by Friday 5th April 8 of them now cracked. so i took time off work to come from my home in north London to barkingside, the lad that looked at my nails spoke to her colleague in charge (in their language) and told her one nail was broken, so i had to physically walk to the back of the salon, turn her light on and show her the 8 that were damaged, only to be told we dont give refunds thats our policy, and if i wanted them refilled, then i had 7 days, meaning Saturday was the last day i could do it. I asked to show me the policy and was told all our regular clients know this.... I would have thought if a job hadnt been done correctly the shop wouldnt think twice about refunding you, but to then tell me i only had one more day to get them redone, was just rude. with that being my first experience of them, i didnt want to waste my time getting them removed, filling my nails down again to make them thinner, then applying sns again, only to discover its just a rubbish as the first time they did it. My advise, stay FAAAAAR AWAAAAY from this salon if you want a good job of SNS done, they usually last me 4-5 weeks, 3 days is a first for me. believe me when i say, these photos are much more flattering that what the actual nails look like in person
