5 /5 Nora Smith: Have been going to Kess, South Harrow for years and this is a great salon. The staff, who have been there for a long time, are excellent - friendly, polite, hard working, welcoming and skilled. It is also great value and it is easy to ring and get an appointment last minute...so different from other salons where there is long waits for appointments. Really convenient. Ive never had a bad experience here. Hugely recommend.

The pricing online was misleading—they advertised lower rates, but once I arrived, they charged significantly more without clear explanation. The staff were not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude throughout the visit. The haircut itself was poorly done and didn’t suit me at all. Eyebrow threading was rushed and uneven, leaving me feeling embarrassed rather than refreshed. The customer service was appalling, and I felt completely disrespected from start to finish. Please be cautious before booking here. What seems like a budget-friendly option can quickly turn into an overpriced disappointment. I regret trusting them with my hair and appearance. Never again.

1 /5 Pav: It’s one of the worst experience I ever had. I went there for hair and eyebrows. The lady who served me treated so awful. I have asked her to trim edges of my hair and tidy up the eyebrows. Her welcoming was so unpleasant and started to be rude. She had asked me what I want to do with my hair and I told her to trim the edges. She started to be rude by raising her voice. I got confused why she was behaving so bad for saying to trim my hair. I have been polite saying I want to trim my hair edges and I don’t want anything else and is there an issue with that? Then she trimmed my hair. Also, I have asked her to tidy up my eyebrows and also received the same rude attitude like she is doing it for free. I am not happy with the tidying up and said to her, there are some tiny hairs to remove and she said I can’t see them to remove and not willing to do. I have been pointing to her but she is not happy to remove them. Later, I was tidying up my face with hair falls from the eyebrows. Aggressively, she said to move from the chair as she has client waiting. Very bad experience.

5 /5 Jan Miller: I had my hair done today. Excellent result. I couldn’t be happier. I had highlights and colour with a hair trim. The end result was amazing. I would highly recommend this hairdressers. The price was much more reasonable than other hairstylists I have used in the past.

1 /5 Dilky Shareena: I did a keratin treatment before two weeks. Now my hair totally seems like my previous hair. When I go to meet them they said it’s totally because of my hair is curly. But when I asked before do the treatment they said the straight look lasts for 6 months. But after first wash I got so many waves in my hair. Even they did’t give a solution for that and they have scold at me. I never recommend this place to anyone.worst service ever had!
