She is very knowledgeable and helpful. This training session was a bit hard for me, but those who love ❤️ these exercises must go for it. Definitely recommend this to the other people to have a go.

Additionally, the parking situation was convenient and affordable, with a fee of only £12 for nearly five hours of parking. This made our visit stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Sarah has boundless enthusiasm and knows how to get the best out of her clients - but in a supportive and encouraging environment.
