Toe eating badger We went today for the lagoon and flumes. Absolutely fantastic pool, we couldn’t get in the blue slide due to no one letting the floats go but we went on the yellow a couple times which was a lot of fun (my 6 and 3yo loved them!). The baby pool was lovely and warm, almost bath temperature, the main pool a bit cooler but still warm. Green slide isn’t for smaller kids who aren’t strong swimmers as there’s a big drop, my big kid husband loved it! Changing rooms were difficult to find family ones but very spacious once we did get one. Lockers also very spacious, option of smaller or larger. We fit 3 backpacks and 4 pairs of shoes in the larger one. Overall very fun day and we’ll definitely be back!

Zainab Kashif This is an amazing place for kickboxing. I enjoyed going here a lot . It has been a fun experience, to be honest it is a bit expensive and also for grading it also costs a lot , I only go on Mondays even though its meant for both Monday and Friday the prices stay the same

Jordan Skidmore My lessons with the Pole Hub in Windsor have very quickly became the highlight of my week, the lessons are well structured and the teachers are great at tailoring to the individual - my progress has been amazing and I’d recommend the classes to people of all levels ! :)

Federico PS Went for my first day and started a trial week. I asked for the price of the membership, and when I was told it was £120 I was shocked. After doing my gym session, I could see why it was priced at this level, and I would say it is more than reasonable. The range of equipment is mind blowing, nothing like any gym within 5 miles. The tidiness of the gym and attention to detail caught my eye. Cathy recovery station in the changing room was the best Ive tried. The sauna and cold plunge really make the workout end perfectly. The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional.

Linda Bellman I cant recommend Shift and Shape Studios enough. Lee is extremely welcoming, hes a brilliant coach, very knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring. Its an excellent place to improve your overall fitness level, with a friendly atmosphere. The classes are small and cater for all ages. Give it a try - you wont be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Donna Creffield I started boxercise classes with Nicola about a year ago and am loving the classes. There is a really friendly atmosphere and everyone there is really friendly and Nicola is a great teacher. There are plenty of other types of classes to try to if boxercise is not your thing. I highly recommend Nicola
