donna harris Great gym with super supportive staff and management. When I had membership issues – which were not related in any way to Woolwich Gym - Kindy and Arron had my back on multiple, repeated occasions and helped me through the process to issue resolution. I could not have asked for more. A friendly and welcoming gym which is not “too busy” even at peak times and the members follow the example set by staff. Great atmosphere.

Lola Garcia I recently completed four classes at a Pilates studio in Greenwich and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! As a beginner in reformer Pilates, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and support from three different instructors, each offering unique insights and guidance. The studio is bright and inviting, as a photographer, I admire spaces that inspire creativity and wellness, just like this one! I’ll definitely be continuing my classes here.

Kay Pitu Honestly a lot better than expected! The life guards did a splendid job all day. The Italian lifeguard was super friendly and saved a girl today.. the whole team was super organised, efficient and professional. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Facilities where very very clean the pool too. I have absolutely nothing to say.. maulybe just the lack of umbrellas by the sun bathing area on the members area.. it would be nice to have it but I guess could be seen as a hazard with no stafg assigned to that area.. but then again put a warning up to close them if windy or be fined.. I booked for 3 hrs at the sunbathing area for £30 from 10-1 and ended up staying a bit longer but the security guard was very nice and professional and because either was not too busy he didnt keep me out straight away.

Rani P The best decision I made in 2020 was joining ResetLab’s online Bunker Squad. Despite being confined at home for most of the year, the online classes encouraged me to push myself physically and explore new skills outside my comfort zone. You can’t help but look forward to all the sessions, both for the highs that come with exercise and the fun of connecting with a group of friendly faces and supportive coaches. After 9 months of training with ResetLab three times a week, I feel stronger, braver and am noticeably more flexible. I am now confident trying new skills and am amazed at how much my handstands, back bridges and leg flexibility have improved. Cant recommend Coaches Claire, Tom and Luna enough!

Lewis Herring Amazing fun day out! If you live in London or perhaps your visiting for a short period of Time, I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and games that will keep you entertained for hours.
