5 /5 Grace Xiaozhou Li: I was looking for a nail salon in the Chelsea area and K Nails came to my attention with 5 star reviews. It didn’t disappoint. It is small but very clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and they did a good job. The price is very reasonable in the area.

Have always recommended this salon to my friends and family, the staff are so friendly and they always make me feel relaxed. The owners service is really good and she’s always taking time and effort to get my nails exactly how I want them and the other girl who does really good pedicure and massage, will always be my favourite salon in Chelsea 10/10

1 /5 Rebecca John: All was fine, went in for a last minute manicure to kill some time whilst my husband had an appointment and I really wish I hadn’t now. The lady who was very nice, started trimming at my cuticles and it was very painful. I kept wincing, so it was no secret that she was being too rough. She butchered the nail bed on my left middle finger, it didn’t stop bleeding the whole time. The manicurist kept saying it was dried blood but when I dabbed it with tissue it was fresh blood, and not from a little scratch like she was trying to pass off, the whole nail bed was bleeding. A day later, my finger is incredibly sore & red, I had to sleep with savlon on it to try and reduce to soreness and redness. To make up for the damage, she knocked two pounds off and if I wasn’t in a hurry to get back to my husband then I would have argued for more money off. The picture is a day later, after having a shower. Safe to say, I would never go back to this place again. I’ve never had this issue with having a manicure before.

5 /5 Caroline Day: I have been coming to K Nails for a few years now and am always thrilled with the results . Everyone is so friendly , the team work super fast and my nails always look better and last longer than some of the more expensive places I’ve tried. They always take the time to make sure you’re happy with the style/ colour before continuing, trying different colours and shapes etc is no problem if you’re feeling indecisive ! On a previous visit they also replaced a broken nail ( my fault !) with no charge. After this last trip I’m sure this is going to be the only salon I visit to get my nails done !

5 /5 Lisa Doan: I was looking for a new place to get my nails done when I stumbled upon K Nails. I live close to Earls Court but just 15 mins away (via walking), I found a salon that does an amazing job with my nails and the people are so friendly. Its a small cute business that is very humble for your patronage. Please go and support small businesses as these businesses are still feeling the effects of the covid-19 restrictions (I think they went through 2 or 3 lockdown periods where they couldnt make any income). I try to get my nails done once a month. Next time I make an appointment, Ill update my review with a picture so you can see how amazing my nails are and if you go, youll definitely feel great about supporting this business with such friendly people :).
