1 /5 Alicia Favell: Very disappointing experience. When I walked in, I was ignored completely. I asked for a nail colour chart and was told to “just look at the bottles,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
I arrived on time for my appointment and explained that I was in a rush, yet I was still left waiting. When I asked about it, I was told very abruptly that “someone would come,” with no apology or reassurance. The tone was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
While this was happening, other customers in the salon were also complaining about the service and agreed with me, which says a lot. As a first-time customer, this was not a welcoming experience at all. I ended up leaving because of how awkward and unprofessional it felt.
There are plenty of other salons in the Balham area offering better prices and much better customer service. I won’t be returning.
