Derek P Excellent service and customer care. I visited the salon with my wife, as Ive got older it is more difficult the look after my toenails. The Lagoon therapist was kind and highly skilled, taking great care to ensure my nails were filed correctly to avoid any problems with ingrowing toenails. Thank you to the therapist for your assistance. My wife was also impressed with her treatments, a shellac manicure, pedicure and relaxing facial. A picture of her nails is attached. Thanks Lagoon, we will be back for future treatments.

The procedure was explained clearly, caring and risks of my tattoos, and customer service overall was just stunning. I’ve had a wash, cut and blow dry of my medium/long hair, and I got exactly what I asked for - no surprises, just satisfaction! I was the last appointment and service was done in a reasonable time, but without me feeling rushed at any point, which made me feel welcome and valued even as a first time customer - I will definitely be back.

Nickee Roberto amazing colour, cut and style. Attentive and diligent. He puts so much thought into the end result and plenty of advice on ongoing styling and care. Salon itself buzzing with all the great and good of Wimbledon! Massage at the start and amazing head massage during hair treatment. Can’t wait to go back !
