2 /5 sharon harriott: The Service has definitely gone downhill. I was a regular at this salon many years ago when the owner was present at the establishment. I recently visited the salon and was astonished at certain member of staffs attitude, Lack of respect when speaking to clients, you arrive at the salon, theres no acknowledgement and when eventually spoken to, its as if you as the customer are offering a service rather than knowing that as the customer we are paying for a service. Its a lovely salon and one of the better looking ones in the area, but please improve your attitude and your approach to customers. As a people please let us be pleasant to each other.
As an example..When you walk into the Turkish shops they are so happy for your business they make you feel welcome, you are therefore encouraged to return.
In closing I was satisfied with the way my hair was done but sadly I wont return in a hurry.
