5 /5 Steven stennett: Great venue, my wife went for a 90-minute massage and aromatherapy. She came out like a rubber band, relaxed,muscle pummeled to within an inch of their tolerance in a good way. What appreciated about the treatment was the value for money. It doesnt feel like you are paying for the establishment over heads. You are laying down money for the treatment. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Francesca Lu: Really like the calm atmosphere at the Ironmonger Row Baths. I went to the centre to enquire about the senior membership options. Omma at the reception was very helpful and pleasant. She was very patient in sorting out some technical issues and helped me to sign up the membership on my phone. I am looking forward to starting my swimming and joining some fitness classes here.

4 /5 Gavin Hodgson: OK value swimming pool near the City. £7.30 for a 50 minute session (July 2025). Pool is 30m long, which is novel. Outside lane is slightly narrow. Pace signs are in place, which were more or less respected when I was there. Water temperature pleasant, not too warm for a decent workout. Some pull buoys and kick boards are available to use. Pool is very shallow indeed at the shallow end. Changing rooms are not particularly clean, but functional. £1 coin needed for the lockers (returned when you leave). Beware, if youre booking a 06.30 swim, the building doesnt actually open its doors until 06.30 so you will pay unnecessarily for time you lose while youre queueing and getting changed. it probably explains why there were plenty of slots free when I booked; I suspect people book the 06.40 but just go in early. Finally, you have to use the "Better" app to book in advance, which is not convenient if youre not a UK resident because you have to fill in your address details and it doesnt accept non - UK format postcodes.

5 /5 Ms P MAYES: Wow! This Spa is amazing. Super clean, lovely vibe and lots of different rooms to try. Staff are really helpful and I was made to feel Super welcomed by the wonderful Wafa. Will definitely be going back.
