DO NOT BOOK - I got the volume set done with her and the whole process was uncomfortable, she kept sticking the lashes on my bottom lashes and ripping it apart which was painful, when I then looked at the final result I saw that she had not isolated properly and they looked super clumpy. Not only that but my eyes were extremely irritated and she had stuck the extensions on my actual eyelids which was super painful when I blinked. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought my eyes would feel better once I had gotten home but the pain worsened. I kindly requested her to issue me a refund because not only did she give me a set that did not look good but did not feel good either. She refused to give me a refund for my inconvenience and told me that if I wanted one I would have to come back, when I live almost 2 hours away. I have been getting my lashes done regularly for 5+ years (elsewhere) and have NEVER had this issue. I have been to two different lash artists since, one for removal and one for a new set and both agreed that the work she did was not up to standard and also dangerous. Be careful if you’re booking with this lash tech because I have had a horrible experience.
