Abdul Tazim This place is awful. Deserves no stars. The staff are not trained. My wife went in for eyebrow threading and they destroyed her eyebrows. Cut her in the process and her face is now permanently scarred. I think the staff have had no training and do not know what they are doing. They are so rude and unprofessional. We tried to complain they said they do not have a manager or owner and will do nothing. They still insisted we pay for the torture they put my wife through. Please avoid this place like the plague. It is literally dirty, untrained rude staff who have no idea. Total cowboys doing beauty treatments, they can seriously injure or hurt someone

Emily The staff were so lovely, the place was warm despite some of the comments and overall service was great. I got a wash, blow dry and straightening service also with a trim for a good price. My hair is quite thick so I thought it would be a struggle but overall really good! I would defo come back!
