5 /5 Juliana Torquato: Saulo is such a great hairdresser, he never disappoints and the results are always great! My husband really enjoyed Natalias work, she is great as well. Nice atmosphere and wonderful customer service, fair prices.

5 /5 Therly Novaes: I had a great experience at this salon today! I went in for a haircut, and I have to say I’m usually a bit nervous about getting trims because in the past, other salons have cut off way more than I asked for. But the lady who did my hair (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was absolutely amazing — she really listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. She did just the right amount, and my hair looks and feels great! The rest of the staff were also very nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

1 /5 N D: I had my hair done by Ursula DaSilva at this salon, and it was the most distressing experience I’ve ever had in a professional setting. I was left with bleach foils in my hair for over an hour while the stylist left the salon entirely. I attempted to contact her multiple times as I began to feel a reaction from the chemicals, but my calls and messages were ignored. When she eventually returned, she refused to wash the bleach off, despite the excessive processing time. During the wash, she repeatedly pulled my hair while laughing and sarcastically apologizing, and deliberately spilled water on my face and ears. This continued to the point that I was visibly upset and in tears. She then told me she would not continue with the service, blamed me for the result, and asked me to leave, while my hair was still wet and unfinished. She also refused to apply a toner or even offer a hairdryer so I can dry it myself. What was done felt deliberate and humiliating. Multiple professional stylists who’ve seen photos of the result agreed it appears to have been intentional. The salon management has refused to take responsibility and has ignored my formal complaint. Due to the severity of this incident, I am pursuing legal action.

She took time to understand what I wanted and did an incredible job on both my haircut and beard — I left looking and feeling great. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Louise Shum: Booked for a cut and blowdry on the same day, was kindly given an appointment. My experience was like getting a cut from a loving mum. She treats your hair gently, no pulling hair, no yanking your head in a certain direction. She hummed a gentle tune while she worked. Salon had quiet music. Little to no small talk (perfect for me). Cut was good, the blow dry was to perfection (and so gentle!) Cost was £45.00 for a cut and blow dry. Very reasonable!
