2 /5 Samantha: I’m not usually one to complain, but both the clinic where I had corrective treatment and my family and friends recommended I raise a concern. My lip filler on 5 October 2025 was done, and there was no consultation or proper assessment of my lips beforehand. During the treatment, it was noted that there was filler migration along my wet–dry border, but the procedure continued.
I had dissolving sessions on 8 October and 30 October, which did not improve the results, and a practitioner questioned why I was having it done so soon. I eventually sought corrective treatment elsewhere. I have photos documenting the issues, and my follow-up complaint did not receive a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
