Natasha As a particular customer, especially when it comes to nails and customer service, I can honestly say that the nails were done really well! I normally have an issue with the varnish/ gel being painted too far from the cuticle, resulting in my nails looking grown out after a couple of days. The technician took her time with my nails and checked in to see if I was happy during the process, which I appreciated. All the ladies looked happy to be there (literally ALL of them were smiling!). This makes a difference between a visit and an experience, and this is key when providing self-care services. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and that lady was super sweet too.
Based on this experience, I will be returning!
