The place itself made a great first impression — everything was very clean, warm, and calming, with relaxing music from the moment I walked in. Before starting, I was even offered to use the toilet, which was a small but thoughtful detail.
At the beginning, the therapist asked me only one question: what type of skin I have. There was no deeper analysis of my skin condition or any detailed discussion about my concerns or goals. The facial then started with a double cleanse, which felt refreshing and prepared my skin for the next steps.
After cleansing, I had an exfoliation suited for my skin type — no ultrasonic exfoliation or LED light therapy, just the standard Dermalogica exfoliation. It was gentle but effective. Extractions were done only where needed, keeping everything comfortable.
One of the nicest parts was the massage. The therapist massaged my face and neck, helping me relax completely. After that, she applied a customised Dermalogica masque, letting it work while I continued to unwind. To finish, she used serums and moisturiser to hydrate and protect my skin.
I didn’t receive any home-care advice afterwards, so the session was mostly focused on the treatment itself rather than follow-up recommendations.
Overall, the experience was clean, warm, simple, and relaxing — a straightforward Dermalogica facial without any advanced technologies. Ideal if you want a gentle treatment in a pleasant environment.
