Patricia Moral Best physio experience I have had. Went recommended by my husband and I was really happy with the 3 sessions I had. Exercises through an app which makes it easier to understand.

Lucas Chang Amazing historic track. I was surprised that there weren’t more runners making a pilgrimage to this track. The track was amazing. 6 full lanes and 8 sprint lanes. Did a couple of miles with the family and we all had a great time. Bought the tickets there for 4.50 quid and it was well worth it. Bathrooms and water in the center alone. Just glad that I was able to visit this track in my time at Oxford.

Angus Batterham MVMNT BOX has been such a positive and welcoming community to have joined 6 months ago. Tom and Becky have created an incredible atmosphere to work out safely and enjoyably and to meet a bunch of new amazing people! They really know their stuff and are supportive of absolutely everyone. The best gym I’ve been to hands down (because they teach handstands!). Can’t recommend highly enough to anyone of all ages that wants to keep healthy and have fun doing it!

AV CLEANS Had a free membership trial and ended up joining. Rebecca was amazing and walked me through the whole process, even though she was about to go on annual leave. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience really easy. Great club with excellent facilities. Worth joining the Oxford club as you can still get access to Bicester due to them being in the same tier. Rebecca and Jake are a real credit to the team.

Annicka Carter Khem is a wonderful yoga teacher- she varies each class along a theme each term and gives you options of difficulty so you can take it at your pace. Her voice and calming nature really make for a wonderful hour where you can self indulge and have some ‘’me time’. I would not hesitate in saying to give it a try… xx
