2 /5 Neda: I came here for a simple haircut, but honestly, it was a letdown. The front desk was super disorganized, and no one seemed to really pay attention. The hair wash felt rushed and unprofessional, and they didn’t even use a hair mask, which I expected considering the price. Plus, there was no offer of any drink or refreshment the whole time. For a place with such a good reputation, I expected way better.

5 /5 Z D: If you want to surprise yourself with great results book yourself in for a haircut with George at Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon. He is definitely one of the best hair stylists in town. I went to Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon yesterday 28th April 2025 as my hair needed attention and I couldnt be joyful! George was friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and even offered suggestions that really worked for my hair type. The cut looks stunning and has been so easy to style at home. The salon was classy, prestigious, relaxing clean bathroom nearby. He understands your what you exactly wants and he cuts the hair with confidence. He is a brilliant hair dresser . George crafts masterfully by studying uniqueness of the shape of your hair and face and understands weak spots and he comes with his crafted scissors to give you a nice new look. Highly Recommended and definitely 10/10 only for George. The only downside they should offer drinks complementary.

1 /5 Melissa Bidniak: A remarkable disappointment. I booked a blow out for my sister and I as a birthday present while she was visiting in London and I had assumed it would be reasonable to expect a certain level of quality given the price of the service and the reputation of the salon, I was incorrect. The wash service was perfectly fine but the stylist was curt and did not interact with me aside from asking if I wanted a "wavy style". They had two people blow dry my hair as I have quite a lot and they were incredibly aggressive and yanking my hair in different directions to the extent that I had to stop them to ask them to lighten up on the pulling. The stylist then pulled out a curling iron and started curling my hair in aimless, ridiculously sized sections; presumably because he didnt realize how much hair I had and wanted to get me out of his chair. I stopped and asked why I wasnt receiving a blowout which is what I paid for and requested and he simply said I was. I was desperately trying to trust the process, price, and reputation but he finished my hair and it looked dreadful. I asked another stylist if I could borrow a curling iron to fix it and they insisted another stylist fix it for me. We were there for another hour and a half only to have a much more polite but equally unskilled stylist turn me in to something akin to a poodle attending prom in 2012. Suffice to say, we were thoroughly unimpressed and had to go home before our show to fix our hair. I would strongly advise against going to Harrods Beauty Salon for hair services, I am perfectly willing to pay a high price for good quality services but that is not what they are offering.

4 /5 يارا: I got a haircut and blowout with Josh. He’s very skilled and did a great job! The prices are a little pricy, but the service was excellent.
