1 /5 P V: Worst haircut of my life. I asked for face framing layers with a blunt cut and walked out with choppy, uneven chunks. Half my hair is now a bob while the rest is still long - it looks like two completely different haircuts. The layers are not even remotely blended and it’s nothing like what I asked for. I’m honestly shocked this was done by a professional. I keep telling myself it’s just hair but I’ve never cried so much. The photo of the back of my hair is what Charu has hidden underneath longer hair after initially cutting it too short. I now have to spend even more money to get it fixed somewhere else. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

1 /5 Lisa Tomlinson: I booked in to have the hydro facial with Charu. I’ve had many before but thought I’d try her . I never write reviews but it was the worst experience. About from it being so basic ,she suctioned my face so fiercely when she finished the facial I nearly fainted! On one side of my face was all bright red bruises like I had got out of a boxing ring ! She knew she was in the wrong, I said I wasn’t paying her and she gave me a free voucher for a hydro facial . I would never set foot in that beauty room again. Very poor and awful experience.

4 /5 Asha Ramrajsingh: Ive been coming here for a few years now and Im always welcome even at the last minute. Ive had my hair done and make up and also come for waxing. The prices are extremely reasonable and the finish is always to a high standard. Charu is professional on all the work she does. The beauty room has recently been renovated and has a lovely ambience. I would highly recommend. My wedding make up was done amazingly and I have rebooked for my formal ceremony later this year

5 /5 A M: Found this gem of a place totally by accident when I was in desperate need of a last minute manicure and wax before a business trip away! I can honestly say that Charu is one of the nicest, professional and talented beauticians I have had. She managed to slot me in (due to a last min cancellation of another client) and I got a full body wax, gel manicure, luxury pedicure and threading done all in one go. Charu was lovely throughout and I felt very much at ease (not easy to say when having a very intimate wax done!!) Although the Charu doesn’t use hot Lycon wax, her technique during a Hollywood wax was amazing and i barely felt any pain! (That was the part I was dreading as I normally steer clear of Hollywood strip waxes because of the pain!) She said she used to work in the beauty parlour in Selfridges and Harrods and I can believe that as I left feeling and looking a lot better than when I went in. Will be making her my regular beautician for sure! Thanks Charu! Awesome job! x
