She’s incredibly meticulous and considerate constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable, especially with the wax temperature, and always asking if I was happy with the results before moving on to oiling and applying lotion. She used top-quality products that were especially kind to my sensitive skin, which I really appreciated. It felt more like a luxurious self-care experience than a typical waxing appointment. Truly worth every penny. I’m so glad I found her can’t recommend her enough!

Lana Had a really wonderful deep tissue massage here with the masseuse Ayaka (hope I spelled her name correctly!). I like a really firm massage to knead out my knots, and Ayaka listened well and adjusted pressure perfectly. She definitely came across as experienced in her technique. The whole experience was super pleasant and relaxing. Not sure what some of the negative comments are about but this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in London for sure. Would love to come back.
