The workouts are fun and varied, its built my confidence in the gym, helped me lose weight, and I actually enjoy working out - its now become a part of my routine that I look forward to rather than it feeling like a chore. Rachel Hartles Its a lovely place for a stroll and relax, not so much if you want busy and bustling. With Brighton just down the road, its tough competition, especially when Brighton has sandy beaches and Worthing has pebble.

Arianna Rebecca Firth A beautifully well-run and well thought out play café, a must for children from walking (1+) upwards. Everything has been so well thought-out, from the reading corner in the café, (stimulating books), to each area in the play area itself (attention to detail is amazing with Kidsbury branded items)! Very clean, nappies are even provided in the changing area in every size if you are cut short! Parents can also take drinks into the play area in spill proof reusable cups provided by Kidsbury. Always a warm welcome, and a very calm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Oo L Nice sports centre. The sports hall is in the basement, and the water foundation is in the gym on the 1st floor. Walls of the sports hall are mostly grey, with one side with white bits and windows and a bit hard to see the shuttle. The ceiling is white as well.

Maia Czarny I am having a great experience at this gym! Ken assisted me exceptionally well and immediately solved any issues I have at the beginning — truly outstanding service. Andy is also very friendly and welcoming from the start. I 100% recommend this place, especially because of the excellent customer service!
