Greenspace has become a part of my weekly routine. I trained with them while pregnant until 39 weeks with modification from the trainers to my exercises where necessary. I trained post partum and now I take my baby with me! They are so supportive and help me to get my exercise in wherever I can
The classes are excellent. 45 mins of well planned, fun workouts with a small group from their diverse community of nice people who enjoy exercise. I love strength classes - varied mixtures of weighted and bodyweight exercises: squats, lunges, sledge push and pulls, crunches etc with music and good energy. Fire is also great, it combines cardio with strength based training for a real burn.
Cant recommend Jack, Catherine, Ben and the team enough. If youre thinking about joining, just do it!
