5 /5 Ged Brannan: I’ve been working with Harry for 6 months now. Initially to help with recovery from an injury and more recently focusing on adopting good habits and helping me get the right kind of fitness and strengths for the sports I love: kitesurfing, surfing, and cycling. Harry has tailored my programme very specifically - clearly investing a lot of effort in doing so. Harry has and continues to evolve the programme and checks in regularly (this is all done remotely for me). I’ve physically improved, but more importantly, my habits have changed and I’m benefitting mentally as well as physically. My sleep and diet have improved along with my energy levels. I would highly recommend Harry to anyone regardless of their fitness and health situation and aspirations.

5 /5 Ann Foster: Harry took me on with a hip injury, which stopped my first half marathon attempt. Now, with his help and expertise, I have six races under my belt over the last 12 months. He has coached me to run safe, with better balance, stability and strength. He is motivational and most of all, his belief is me, has helped me to believe in myself. I also love the community spirit he has built through run club and spin. I cant recommend Harry enough, especially if you are looking to train for an event. He is a great person to have by your side.

He quickly pinpointed the likely culprit and he worked on a full program to get me back running stronger than ever. It has been a game changer. I’ve returned stronger than before and can now integrate strength training into my running schedule. Highly recommend Harry for his knowledge, energy and positive attitude. Thank you!

When I first signed up late in the day, I was nervous about even finishing the ultra but G built a personalised plan that not only got me to the start (and finish) line, but helped me enjoy the entire process. The structured training was realistic and flexible, helping me manage my training around my work and social life. G’s regular check ins, feedback and support helped me both mentally and physically. If you’re new to ultras, I can’t recommend GPT enough!

5 /5 Ella Chick: Harrys energy is infectious, refreshing and has been nothing but supportive throughout sessions. His deep understanding of mental health translates through his fitness. He delivers realistic and softer approaches to training sessions. I challenged myself to run the Brighton Marathon 2024 raising money for Mind, this was my first marathon, and it felt like an overwhelming challenge for me as I was starting from scratch with my running & fitness. Throughout Harrys sessions, he kept me grounded/focused with all of his guidance along the way and advice that has stayed with me like no other PT that I have experienced, he is an incredibly caring person, couldn’t recommend him enough. Proud to say I completed the Brighton Marathon!! This was a bucket list thing for me, thanks to Harry showing me its more than possible to achieve :)
