As always, her customer service is absolutely fantastic. She’s friendly, professional, and instantly puts you at ease. My wax didn’t hurt at all (a huge relief after a not-so-great experience with the previous owner), and the whole appointment was just fabulous from start to finish. I also really appreciate the change in pricing. It used to be quite expensive under the previous owner, so the new, more reasonable prices are such a welcome and refreshing improvement. You can truly feel the positive difference since Carly took over. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Lucy Wright: Definitely recommend, lovely lady, and great service for my hot wax, she uses Lycon prewax so not as painful. Theres Off street parking and she has more availability if you call rather than the online service.

It was my first time here and I know it was asking a lot getting wedding nails as a first time client but she crushed it! Will definitely be coming back every chance I get, the whole staff seems so nice. Really enjoyed my experience here and I’m so happy with how my wedding nails turned out!
