1 /5 Nnebs: **I notice they marked me as missed appointment on Treatwell even though I definitely attended and have payment as proof - I believe they did this so I cant leave an honest review, and it makes sense why their ratings are so high on the app, shocking.** If I could give 0 stars I would. I had asked for an airbrush style with chrome on top, which they said it is not possible on natural nails (not true, as I got this done so easily the next day, on natural nails). I then instead asked for a simple swirl pattern just to be told that the person doing my nails is a nail care specialist not a nail artist... in addition to this they asked their colleague for help, and their colleague said that I did not add nail art to the online order, but there is no option for this on Treatwell. The worst part about all of this is that the "nail care specialist" gave a whole spiel about women supporting other women, but seemee to have a complete jekyll and hyde behaviour and started behaving rudely towards me in the end. I also got a pedicure here, while the colour is lovely I regret this too as she didnt even turn the nail polish dryer on, then blamed me for touching my nails - even though she touched them herself to check and probably realised her error. They made such a fuss over styled nails, when they could have just said at the beginning that they are not capable and will only do one colour. Then I would have left, rather than them attempting to shape my nails, wasting my time and me having to pay them money. For all of the hassle it really wasnt worth it.

I came in for a simple dark brown colour, a trim, and a basic dry (no blow-dry, no special treatments). I did not ask the price beforehand — my mistake — but when it came time to pay, I was shocked to be charged £300. This is far beyond what even top salons in London charge for the same service, and there was no explanation or breakdown of why the price was so high. I left feeling taken advantage of. The stylist was an Iranian woman (I don’t know her name) — mentioning this only to help management identify who I saw. I would strongly recommend asking for a written quote before agreeing to any service here. I will not be returning.
