1 /5 Najrat Anjum Ani: *"As a regular customer of Gina’s Beauty Salon, I was always happy with Gina’s work — especially her pedicure skills, which are excellent. However, I have been disappointed by the overall environment, which feels quite unprofessional at times. For example, even in front of foreign customers, the staff often speak among themselves in their own language, which can seem inconsiderate. In addition, their hair expert, Alina, has behaved very rudely on multiple occasions. I have taken her service 2–3 times, and each time she made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Recently, they have changed many things, including staff and prices, but they did not inform customers when booking appointments. Even inside the salon, their leaflets still display the old prices, which is misleading and disappointing. As a regular customer, I usually get my pedicure done by Gina, but this time they said I didn’t book with her, so I had to take service from another staff member. Unfortunately, the pedicure was poorly done and they even hurt my nail and feet during the process. Overall, while Gina herself is very good, the salon’s declining professionalism and poor communication have left me dissatisfied."

2 /5 enrika: i had a fun time chatting with my nail tech, Gina showed her the way to do it, however i don’t think she’s very experienced. Honestly, for paying £40, i expected better service than this. She has mentioned to me she was new and I paid a higher price from the average salon, expecting higher quality. I will be coming back but I will make sure to book Gina. One of my nails (the bent one) is really hurting as it was dremelled between my nail bed and skin, which has left an open wound. Moreover, my friend’s cuticles have also been cut too deep and is causing discomfort. in the end i had to reshape them when i got home with a nail file as i asked for coffin and she gave me just a rectangular shape.

The staff is very welcoming, kind and the atmosphere is pleasant. You can do services, from waxing to nails, hair cuts and massage Absolutely loving it My new to come salon.

1 /5 Shreya Pandya: Poor Gel extensions . I have done so many times here but from now onwards I won’t suggest anyone to go there as they don’t have good staff & quality of polish very cheap . Day before yesterday lady did my gel extension n one pf my nails fell off today , looks very thin even after some hard gel extensions . Disappointed
