Nicola Brandon I have been coming to Pilates Sheen for about 4 years now and I love the studio and all the instructors I have had are excellent. I have been having Pilates reformer classes with Nicole since the beginning of September- she is a great teacher who takes time to listen at the beginning of each class to any problems I have with my body and adapts the exercises when necessary. She will adjust my body positions during the routines and always ask how I feel. At the end of class my body feels well worked and well stretched and my mind is calmer!

Sarah has boundless enthusiasm and knows how to get the best out of her clients - but in a supportive and encouraging environment. Virginia Huffman Elegant spa with nice amenities. Beautiful baths and sleeping pods. Relaxing atmosphere with fireplaces and plenty of seating. I indulged in the Nurture Ritual whoch was a delightful 2Hrs treatment with a scrub and mud. After i received a relaxing massage from the same kind and attentive therapist. My only complaint was that it was HOT in the entire facility. After i showered i was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the massage therapy room was heat controlled.

George Dance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great new Pilates studio! Clean, modern space and super friendly instructors. The class was challenging but fun, and I left feeling strong and energized. Excited to come back!
