5 /5 Victoria Wilkes: We have been struggling for a while to find a gym that still has that old school family feel its refreshing to be a part of a gym where its about hard work and not just a spandex show. They have a great variety of coaches and always on you to do your best and train harder. Great for the kids aswell our son loves it, he can get a little over stimulated at times and they are always so patient and encouraging of him. Couldnt recommend enough.

5 /5 Jennie Pearson: Love training with Liam! The gym has a friendly and professional atmosphere and we work hard and have fun. I had never been to a boxing gym before but everyone there is so welcoming it’s not intimidating at all. Boxing has helped with my strength, fitness, and confidence. The gym has women’s classes which is a great group of women and girls, and we all work a level we are comfortable with, plus the classes are really affordable. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Emma Harmer: My 11 year old son joined a boxing training session for the first time this week at Forrest Boxing and he loved it! Encouraging trainer, fast tempo circuits and combos and fun! The other (slightly older) kids who attended were really welcoming and my son cant wait to go again next week! Excellent value too; an hours work out for a fiver! Great way to get kids into boxing and exercising, 100% recommend!
