I do 2 times a week and I love it, I haven’t changed my diet yet but my body already is toned and I feel more energy, sessions also help release and I love that feeling. Highly recommend, moreover there amazing positive vibe during classes and lovely ladies with who we train

I really wanted to get stronger in order to keep up with my active 5 year old, I have definitely felt an improvement in my health just after 3 weeks. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend Fitness Tribe.

The coach, Laura, is incredible — she checks in with you regularly, offers constant support, and provides extra guidance on nutrition, sleep, hormones, and more. The Fitness Tribe isn’t just about exercise, it’s about creating healthier habits and feeling good about yourself while being part of an amazing, supportive community. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel stronger, lose weight, and enjoy the journey in a fun, welcoming environment.
