I joined their 6-week transformation programme over summer to kick-start my own training after a ruptured Achilles tendon, poor rehab, and a massive mental block around exercise. With their support and encouragement, I completed 24 sessions in 6 weeks, and the brick wall I was facing has been well and truly knocked down. I’ve since signed up as a regular member, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress I’m making. Their investment in every client is second to none. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the environment is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and never intimidating. As a coach myself, I’m always analysing coaching styles, and I’ve experienced plenty of poor coaching practice in gyms over the years which has contributed to my aversion to the gym —so I can definitely be quite critical! The team at Ascend are a whole different level and I absolutely love everything about what, and how they deliver. The team are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about the people they work with. Elizabeth Osborne The Spanish Conversation group enjoyed a great tapas lunch yesterday at La Luna - and look who popped in! We are so grateful to Hussein for supporting the group, which has been running successfully for a year now with Carolina, our teacher, who makes each session welcoming, interesting and fun. And Ive made progress with my Spanish. I never expected to find a Spanish class at my local gym, its not just somewhere I go for fitness, its so much more.

RM It’s home of UCL Team. It has a range of equipments and usually not that busy (I never go during rush hour 5-7pm). They have great deals for students just ask at the reception. The range of classes they offer are great too including boxing, spinning and yoga and many more. I love it.
